St. Mark's fourth rector in 47 years resigned in May of 2008. Wise persons decided interim ministry was exactly what would help the parish re-orient itself towards the future.

When the congregation expanded their facilities six years ago they added a bay to the nave and took out the pews. Every season or so the entire configuration gets changed--a process planned by the worship team with the clergy. What a treat!

East Longmeadow has the biggest Fourth Of July parade around. They expect 50,000 people. Happily the route goes right by the end of our street.
